What is GGSIPU B.Tech Counselling?
Admission to B.Tech courses in colleges affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is conducted through a fully online counselling process.
Students who qualify through JEE Main or CUET are assigned a rank by the university. Based on this rank, they participate in counselling rounds where they select their preferred colleges and branches.
Seat allotment depends on rank, preferences, and availability.
Important: The entire process is online—offline reporting is required only after seat allotment for document verification.

Step-by-Step Counselling Process
1. Registration & Fee Payment
Register on the official portal using your exam details. Pay the counselling fee and save your login credentials.
2. Upliad Documents
Submit all required documents online in the correct format. Clear and valid uploads are important to avoid rejection.
3. Choice Filling & Locking
Select your preferred colleges and branches carefully. Lock your choices before the deadline—no changes are allowed after locking.
4.Seat Allotment
Seats are allotted based on your rank and preferences. If allotted, confirm your seat by paying the required fee.
5. Document Verification
Visit the allotted college with original documents for verification.
6. Final Admission
Pay the full fee to confirm your seat and complete admission formalities.
